Maintenance of cable conveyor

1. All exposed friction surface rotating parts.

2. The gearbox and bearing of the machine shall be filled with grease at least once half a year, and shall be repaired once after each project.

3. In case of abnormal operation of the cable belt conveyor, it shall be stopped immediately for troubleshooting before use.

Precautions for cable drag conveyor

1. When any laying machine does not rotate, the clamping device shall be released immediately. It is strictly forbidden to pull the cable without releasing the clamping device, so as to avoid excessive tension on the cable and mechanical damage.

2. After laying several cables, timely check whether the bolts of each part are loose to avoid poor combination to each part.

3. It is strictly forbidden to insert or pull out the power plug under live condition, so as to avoid danger.

4. It is strictly forbidden to drop or smash the tubular cable conveyor console and power cord during transportation or handling.

5. It is not allowed to conduct two or more cables in the same time under any circumstances.

6. Be sure to adjust the position of single gearbox before use.
